Delete your TRI by Timbrum account

How to request deletion

1. Email hello@timbrum.com from the address registered on your TRI by Timbrum account. We need the request to come from the registered email so we can verify identity without asking for additional information.
2. Use the subject line "Delete my account" so the request routes to the right queue.
3. We confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days, in line with the GDPR's right-to-erasure window.
4. When deletion is complete, you receive a confirmation email.

What gets deleted

• Your profile (name, email, role, training stats such as FTP, LTHR, weight)
• All workouts you imported or that synced via Strava (including time-series samples like heart rate, pace, power, GPS routes)
• Wellness logs, personal records, prescribed sessions, coach notes you authored, and any pose-analysis findings
• OAuth tokens for connected services (Strava, intervals.icu) — we revoke these so the third party stops sharing data with us
• Coach-athlete links you participated in (the relationship row, not the other party's profile)

What may be retained

We may keep minimal records required by law (e.g. anti-fraud logs, financial records — none today, since TRI by Timbrum is free during the beta). Backups follow the standard retention of our hosting provider (Supabase, ~30 days) and are then overwritten. After the backup window closes, no copy of your data remains in our systems.

Third-party services

Connected services like Strava and intervals.icu hold their own copies of any data you authorised them to receive. Our deletion only removes data from TRI by Timbrum's systems — it doesn't reach into your Strava activities or your intervals.icu calendar. To delete data on those services, request deletion from each provider directly.
