We help endurance athletes and coaches get the most out of their training. Below are the most common questions; if your issue isn't covered, email us and we'll respond within 1–2 business days.

Strava connection
Connect Strava from the Devices page. Once authorised, your activities sync automatically — use "Sync Now" for a manual refresh, or "Backfill 30D / 90D" to pull older history. If the connect button fails, make sure you're signed in to Strava in the same browser, then retry.
Importing workouts manually
If your device isn't connected to Strava, import a .gpx or .fit file directly: Workouts → IMPORT. The file is parsed in your browser; only the parsed workout is sent to Timbrum.
Joining a coach
Coaches generate a one-time invite link from their roster. Open the link, sign up as an athlete, and you'll be linked automatically. The link expires in 14 days; ask your coach for a new one if needed.
Changing the language
Open Profile → scroll to Language → pick Español or English. The choice is saved per device.
Deleting your account or data
Email hello@timbrum.com from the address registered on your account. We delete the account and all associated data within 30 days, and confirm by email when complete.
Issues with the mobile app
If the app crashes on launch, force-close and reopen. If sign-in fails with "network request failed", check your internet connection. Persistent issues: email us with your device model, OS version, and a description of what happened.
