Pick athlete or coach. Coaches send a 14-day invite link to each athlete; athletes can also start solo and link a coach later.

Connect Strava or import a file

OAuth Strava sync (incremental + 30/90-day backfill) or drag-and-drop a .fit or .gpx from any Garmin, Wahoo, Suunto or Polar device — parsed entirely in your browser.

Prescribe, execute, review

Coaches build sessions with a full interval editor and push them to Apple Watch (native) or any other brand via intervals.icu. Athletes get adherence scoring back automatically.

Connect from the Devices page once. Activities sync automatically going forward, and you can hit "Sync Now" or "Backfill 30D / 90D" to pull older history. We only read your activities — we don't post to Strava.

Apple Watch directly via WorkoutKit from the iOS app (run + bike, iOS 17+). Garmin, Wahoo, Coros, Polar and Suunto via intervals.icu push. You can also export any session as a .fit, .tcx or .zwo file.

Yes. Strava backfill pulls activities in batches of 30 or 90 days. Or, on Workouts → IMPORT, drag in a .gpx or .fit file from any Garmin, Wahoo, Suunto or Polar device — the file is parsed in your browser.

Your coach sends you a one-time invite link. Open it, sign up, and you'll land in their roster automatically. The link is valid for 14 days; ask for a new one if it expired.

Yes. Every athlete-side feature works standalone — Today, Workouts, Trends, Calendar, Devices, Form Analysis. You can link a coach later via their invite URL whenever you're ready.

Yes. Email hello@timbrum.com from your registered address with the subject "Delete my account". We complete deletion within 30 days and confirm by email. Strava and intervals.icu tokens are revoked as part of the process.
